Amazing service! We had a technician named Samuel come out and install the water softener. The whole process took about 2-3 hours, but during that time, the technician was patient, answered all our questions, and made sure to take his time to explain what he was doing and install everything. He was very open to suggestions and ideas we had for the best place to install the device, and made sure we were happy with the device before leaving. Great experience overall and definitely recommended!

Gary from United waterworks was excellent he took his time to perform maintenance on my water softener where injector valve and brine valve have failed. In addition he also did maintenance on my drinking RO water.

I’m chemical engineer and I know the importance of water quality and highly recommend United water works annual service.

Gary and Joseph came by today and were very professional and knowledgeable. So much so that we set up their on going maint. plan on our total home water treatment equipment. What a relief to not worry about anything concerning this system again.
