United Water Softeners is a family-owned, operated, full-service water treatment company with over 20 years of industry experience. We offer service, sales, consulting, training, and the most reliable products on the market today. Licensed by the TCEQ (WTS III), we can provide residential and commercial solutions that work for you, your family, and your business. We are committed to providing unparalleled service and solutions to each one of our customers. We know that one system doesn’t apply to every customer’s needs. Water quality can vary from one neighborhood to another. That is why proper water analysis and personalized solutions for each customer are critical. That is what we do at United Waterworks—a system customized to your water supply.
The owner, Gary Tompkins, started out in the water conditioning industry in 1999 and learned under Homer Blake, a knowledgeable man of integrity and a well-known pillar in the business. In time, he moved on as a salesperson for one of the largest manufacturers of water conditioning systems in the United States. Under the direction and guidance of Malek Abu-Shaaban, a pioneer in manufacturing water conditioning equipment and specializing in reverse osmosis, Gary was allowed to work his way into engineering their Commercial Grade Reverse Osmosis system, which became one of the signature systems for Mr Abu-Shaanans corporation. Working with industry titans such as Mr. Blake and Mr. Abu-Shaaban has given Mr. Tompkins and United Water Softeners the skill set needed to provide you and your family the system(s) and service you and your family needs with the honesty and integrity you deserve.
